@odan360 …the bluetooth software needs to be re installed go to ur computers manufactors website and download the Broadcom Bluetooth updated software. Note download this to desktop first and then run from desktop…restart computer. hope this helps..

daddy i have a problem, sometimes when i boot my computer and when i log in to my account, this pop out on the windows
(BTTray) ERROR unable to start the bluetooth stack service.
i never use my bluetooth n i was working just fine but i dont know why this keep poping out
