What are the five most powerful processors?

I’d like to see a list of, say, the top 5 processors available. Been having some issues understanding how powerful processors are since you simply can’t find out they’re mhzs anymore.

processors are not measured in GHz , not in MHz

u can measure them in MHz as , 1024 MHz = 1 GHz

Intel’s Xeon processors are in the top of the line , but they r out of general user’s budget

then comes Inte’s Core i7 and i5 processors

then comes AMD’s Phenom X6 and X4 processors , and so on
