What benefit is slightly better performance if you actually get WORSE performance out of anything that matters? Is it just that Epic Games can’t program their way out of a plastic bag?

If you overclock properly, you won’t run into any problem. If you don’t, you’ll overheat your chip, which will cause the chip to start glitching out and mess up any programs running. If this goes on too long, the chip will flat out overheat and perminently lock up.
